Early Childhood Teacher / Assistant Teacher

We are looking for a self-motivated individual who is caring and loves to be around children. Flexible full-time hours with vacation after a year and holiday pay after 90 days.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

• Plans and implements daily activities (indoor / outdoor) as they relate to the curriculum.
• Responsible for the health, welfare, and safety of the children.
• Maintains daily attendance records.
• Responsible for maintaining ongoing developmental records for each child, including keeping records of all developing skills (physical, social, emotional, and cognitive).
• Updates and maintains a portfolio of each child’s progress, including photographs, samples of their artwork, writing, etc.
• Maintains good communication with parents daily through the use of daily sheets, notes, and / or verbal.
