Inside Sales Representative

Location : Southfield, MI (Hybrid)

Employment Type : Direct Hire

Compensation : $45,000 base + commission (W2 $90K potential first year)

Overview :

Reliance One, Inc. is hiring for an Inside Sales Representative to join a fast-paced, dynamic team. This role manages the full sales cycle—from initial outreach to closing—while delivering exceptional service and value to clients. Ideal candidates are motivated, results-oriented, and eager to grow in a high-energy, rewarding environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Connect with Decision-Makers : Engage with General Managers, Controllers, and other leaders to understand goals and recommend tailored solutions.
• Drive Revenue Growth : Conduct daily outbound calls, nurture leads, and maintain a pipeline of 80+ opportunities per month.
• Execute the Sales Process : Apply consultative selling techniques to identify needs, address objections, and provide clear, data-driven recommendations.
• Expand Client Relationships : Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell services, strengthening client partnerships.
• Collaborate Across Teams : Partner with internal departments to ensure smooth onboarding and post-sale satisfaction.
• Stay Organized : Use Salesforce to manage leads, track progress, and prioritize activities effectively.
