Role Description

We believe in Concept-to-Completion, our project managers are brought into the project from Day 1 and serve as the preconstruction manager, estimator, and construction manager for the entire project ensuring one-point of accountability for the team start to finish. As a result of this method our project managers develop a long term relationship with our clients and continue to make it happen for them in the future. This PM role will manage projects from $2-$30mil and be responsible for all aspects of the project teams success including precon, estimating, construction, and closeout. Qualifications

• 10 Years Commercial Construction Experience - Ready to jump in the seat and go!
• Procore Project Management
• Microsoft Project Scheduling Software - Build & Update Schedules
• Preconstruction coordination and planning experience - Navigate design & township approval process
• Budgeting, Estimating, and Bidding Coordination - Deliver a complete project budget
• Construction Management - Oversee all aspects of the project
• Project Closeout - Timely closeout and turnover of project to client staff
• Treat every project as if it were your own
• Love dogs and have entertaining stories from the weekend
