Responsibilities

• Greet customers upon arrival and direct accordingly.
• Answer and direct incoming service calls. Provide customers with company information such as store hours / location, and answer other general inquiries.
• Assist with managing daily Service Log.
• Schedule appointments and assist with pick-ups.
• Monitor parts orders to keep Service Advisors informed of status.
• File service work orders and service receipts.
• Other duties assigned by Service management.
