The Manager, Loyalty Marketing – Iconic Brands, is a pivotal role in driving growth and enhancing customer engagement for the Iconic Brands, Brooks Brothers and Eddie Bauer. Reporting to the Director of Owned Media Marketing, this role holds ownership over the day-to-day operations and strategic development of our loyalty programs and direct mail initiatives. The Manager will be responsible for fostering deeper connections with our existing customer base, attracting new loyalty audiences, and optimizing current loyalty promotions to achieve business objectives. This role requires strong collaboration with Creative and other Marketing Centers of Excellence (COEs), as well as the Merchandising and Planning departments to ensure cohesive and impactful customer experiences.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage end-to-end loyalty programs for both brands, driving engagement, acquisition, retention, and analyzing performance for optimization.
- Oversee expansion of the direct mail program for Brooks Brothers and Eddie Bauer from planning through to analysis to achieve marketing objectives and ROI
- Partner with Creative, Marketing COEs, Merchandising, and Planning to ensure integrated and effective marketing initiatives.
- Track KPIs, analyze data, identify trends, and provide regular reports and recommendations on program performance.
- Manage and mentor direct reports, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
- Oversee and manage budgets related to loyalty programs and direct mail campaigns.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies working on owned programs.
- Ensure all program activities adhere to relevant regulations, privacy policies, and industry best practices.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field5–7+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on loyalty programs, CRM, or customer engagement initiatives.Experience in retail, e-commerce, or consumer-facing industries is preferred.Proven track record managing end-to-end loyalty or rewards programs (from strategy to execution and optimization).Strong background in direct mail marketing — planning, execution, and analysis for ROI.Experience with data analysis, reporting, and KPI tracking (likely requiring knowledge of tools like Excel, Tableau, or CRM dashboards).Solid understanding of customer segmentation, acquisition, and retention strategies.Ability to collaborate across departments (Creative, Merchandising, Planning, Marketing Centers of Excellence).Vendor and agency management experience.Communication and presentation skills to convey insights and strategies.Project management abilities to juggle multiple programs at once.Analytical and strategic thinker with attention to detail.Budget management skills.
