What You’ll Do
Assemble mechanical systems and sub-assemblies based on detailed blueprints and technical drawings.

Perform fabrication work such as drilling, cutting metal and plastics, and mechanical fitting.
Verify system operation and quality before shipment.
Support general shop duties and assist other fabricators as needed.
What We’re Looking For
2 + years of hands-on experience in mechanical assembly, fabrication, or production.
Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, mechanical schematics, and ruler measurements.
Comfortable using standard hand and power tools (wrenches, sockets, drills, saws, etc.).
Reliable, detail-oriented, and willing to work overtime and half-day Saturdays.
High school diploma or GED required.
Experience in water treatment or equipment manufacturing is a plus but not required.
Why You’ll Like It Here
Steady day-shift schedule with plenty of overtime opportunity.
Clean, organized shop with a collaborative team environment.
Long-term contract-to-hire role with full-time conversion potential.
