Overview Marketing Assistant role at Vanguard General Contracting . We are seeking a Marketing Assistant to join our team. You will work closely with the Marketing Department, follow up on leads, update CRM data, and contribute to overall marketing goals. You will also create social media advertisements and posts, produce video content, maintain ads, and design promotional material. The ideal candidate is creative, familiar with social media platforms and design concepts, and experienced with Microsoft Office and Photoshop.

Responsibilities Work closely with the marketing team to advance marketing goals and objectives

Create, edit, and post social media content, including text posts, images, informative long-form articles, and video content

Maintain a strong online presence that represents the company

Follow up on potential leads, via phone and email as needed

Qualifications Strong written and verbal communication skills

Familiarity with video and photo editing

Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite

Strong organizational skills
