This Data Analytics Consultant role will conduct analyses utilizing data & creating visualizations for the Commercial banking & Deposit pricing business lines. This also includes designing and fulfilling multi-channel campaigns and programs in partnership with marketing and sales, perform sales and marketing effectiveness analyses, and supporting analytic solutions and statistical models which monitor and assess customer, competition, and market patterns and trends.

This person will,

Conduct analyses utilizing complex data, visualization, artificial intelligence, and statistical applications and techniques across a broad range of subject areas including sales, marketing, product, customer, and digital and non-digital channels.

Design and fulfill multi-channel campaigns and programs in partnership with marketing and sales. Develop and recommend test designs and measurement plans to maximize effectiveness and learning. Advocate for test and learn approach with an emphasis on financial performance.

Provide regular communication of results, insights, and recommendations.

Support analytic solutions and statistical models which monitor and assess customer, competition, and market patterns and trends. Utilize insights to inform planning, forecasting, analyses, and strategic decision-making. Leverage both internal and external data, including competitive intelligence, third-party data, and market research.

Provide analytics required for sales and marketing goal setting. Help facilitate goal-setting processes in partnership with sales and marketing leadership. Identify and implement performance benchmarks informed by competitive data and third-party applications.

Develop and present actionable insights and recommendations in non-technical terms to internal partners across the company.

Help improve data analytics team capabilities utilizing data, analytics, visualization, and marketing applications.

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Applied Economics, Marketing, Business, Finance or equivalent combination of education and experience Required

Experience

Less than 2 years Data analytics, data science, database marketing, and market research Required

1-3 years of SQL experience Preferred

1-3 years of experience working with relational databases and data visualizations
