Your role :

The Registered Nurse (RN) is vital in coordinating the efforts of the multidisciplinary care team. You will deliver direct patient care while collaborating with patients, families, peers, and healthcare professionals to meet specific patient population needs. You will employ the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation) to enhance patient outcomes.

In this position, you will exhibit leadership and management skills, as well as a commitment to professional growth. You are encouraged to evolve from novice to expert and become an evidence-based scholar, optimizing patient care and advocating for your patients.
