The Charge Nurse (RN) plays a vital role not only in delivering direct patient care but also in fostering effective collaboration among multidisciplinary teams for optimal patient flow and resource utilization. You will lead efforts in meeting the unique needs of patients and families while ensuring a safe environment and efficient operations.
