What This Job Involves

As a Senior Scheduler, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing complex project schedules across multiple departments and stakeholders, with projects involving both new build and renovation projects. This role requires attention to detail, strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while having good knowledge of construction techniques and real estate markets. You will collaborate with stakeholders to establish and track project budgets while working with project managers, team leads, and stakeholders to gather and analyze schedule-related information and identify and resolve scheduling conflicts and resource allocation issues.

What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like

• Collaborate with stakeholders to establish and track project budgets
• Work with stakeholders to develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules using advanced scheduling software
• Collaborate with project managers, team leads, and stakeholders to gather and analyze schedule-related information
• Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts and resource allocation issues
• Perform critical path analysis and risk assessments to ensure project timelines are realistic and achievable
• Generate and distribute regular schedule updates and progress reports to key stakeholders
• Conduct schedule impact analyses for proposed changes and develop mitigation strategies
• Mentor and guide junior schedulers, fostering their professional development
• Implement and maintain scheduling best practices and standards across the organization
• Participate in project meetings and provide expert scheduling insights and recommendations
• Identify and analyze potential risks that may impact project deliverables, timelines, or budgets
• Research local, national and internal delivery times and develop risk mitigation strategies

Estimated compensation for this position : $90,000.00 $130,000.00 USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
