About the Company

We are driving the effort to make Healthcare 3.0 a reality through our AI-enabled health platform. We provide high-precision diagnostic tools and at-home blood testing kits, making frequent and affordable healthcare more accessible.

Sai is SiPhoxs consumerfacing largelanguagemodel assistant, capable of analyzing health data, building action plans, providing insights, and consults for users. Sai is capable of ingesting blood biomarker report images and PDFs and extracting health data with high accuracy.

You have the technical depth to architect distributed AI pipelines, the curiosity to experiment with new models and frameworks, and the discipline to ship code that is both reliable and elegant. Responsibilities

  • Architect, implement, and scale new features for Sai, our B2B APIs, and the PDF / bloodtest ingestion pipeline.
  • Design lowlatency retrievalaugmented generation (RAG) and agent workflows that turn raw biomarker data into personalized, guidelineaware coaching.
  • Create deterministic and stochastic suite of tests and simulation environments for quality, safety, bias, and hallucination monitoring.
  • Automate regression testing across model families, prompt versions, and guardrails.
  • Stand up and maintain containerized microservices on AWS.
  • Instrument realtime observability and cost dashboards that let us iterate daily.
  • Partner with clinical team to translate clinical requirements into shippable code.

Basic Qualifications

  • BS (or higher) in ComputerScience, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Cognitive Science or similar.
  • Fluency in Python plus solid ability with TypeScript / Node.js or React .
  • Handson experience designing distributed systems on AWS (or GCP / Azure).
  • Working knowledge of modern LLM tooling (LangChain, LlamaIndex, or custom RAG pipelines) and fundamental datascience / ML concepts .
  • Track record of shipping production software fast and communicating findings clearly to technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
  • Comfortable using AI to streamline everyday processes, including development.
