Accounts Specialist

Staffmark is seeking an experienced and organized Accounts Specialist to support daily financial operations at a busy office in Leesburg, OH. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your career in a stable , supportive environment while managing customer accounts and contributing to overall business success.

Pay : $20.00 / hour

Schedule :

Monday - Friday | 9 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM

Responsibilities :

• Maintain and manage customer accounts with accuracy and timeliness
• Process invoices, apply payments, and reconcile account balances
• Follow up on outstanding balances to ensure timely collections
• Use QuickBooks or similar accounting software (experience preferred)
• Collaborate with internal teams to support efficient accounting operations
• Assist with process improvements and documentation as needed
