• Position : SAP Success Factors Architect
• Location : Springfield, IL (Hybrid)
• Duration : Full-time / Long-Term Contract
• Open for C2C and full time both
• Max 80$ per hour. Lesser the better ( Read the notes below)
• Visa- gc n citizens prefered but we can take h1b too

10+ years of experience in SAP HCM / SuccessFactors, with at least 6+ years in an architect role.

Proven experience leading multiple full lifecycle implementations of SAP SuccessFactors in both public and private sector environments.

Deep functional and technical expertise across all core SuccessFactors modules.

Strong experience with SuccessFactors-SAP ERP integration, middleware tools (e.g., SAP CPI, Dell Boomi), and cloud architecture principles.

Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience with HR analytics, dashboarding, and visualization tools (e.g., SAP Analytics Cloud) is a strong plus.
