Responsibilities
The Chief Operating Officer (COO) is a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for translating strategic vision into operational execution across the organization. This role will oversee and scale core business functions including strategy execution, client success, finance, strategic partnerships, and non-insurance revenue.
As a hands‑on leader in a lean, high‑growth environment, the COO will initially manage these functions directly and build out a leadership team as the company scales. They will play a critical role in standing up operational infrastructure, identifying and structuring strategic partnerships, and driving a digital‑first sales and service model across both personal and commercial lines of insurance.
