The ideal candidate should have over 10 years of experience in accounting, preferably with a background in a Big 4 accounting firm. A CPA qualification is preferred, and they should have experience in financial statements reporting under IFRS, as well as experience in mergers and acquisitions.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or equivalent preferred).
- 8+ years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years focused on M&A or technical accounting.
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP (or IFRS) and purchase accounting.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and financial reporting tools.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications :
Big 4 public accounting experience.Experience in a multinational or publicly traded company.Familiarity with valuation techniques and financial modeling.
