NTB / Mavis Tires & Brakes at Discount Prices is looking for full-time Automotive Assistant Managers and Service Managers to join Team Mavis at one of our state-of-the-art automotive service and retail tire sales centers in the Rosedale, MD area. With over 2,000 retail locations, Mavis is one of the largest tire sales and automotive repair chains in the United States.

Responsibilities – Automotive Assistant Manager

• Support the Store Manager to ensure the retail location operates efficiently, safely, and effectively.
• Enforce established policies, procedures, and standards.
• Schedule mechanics / technicians' work and manage outside orders.
• Ensure quality and timely completion of jobs and meet customer expectations.
• Maintain safety of team members.

Qualifications

To be eligible for the position of Automotive Assistant / Service Manager, you must : (1) be at least 18 years of age; (2) be legally authorized to work in the United States; and (3) possess one of the following : (i) 1 year of experience and / or training in automotive parts and / or tire sales, (ii) 1 year of experience and / or training in automotive repairs / maintenance, or (iii) any combination of education, training, and experience demonstrating the ability to perform the duties of the position.
