The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for :

• Direct the activities of the maintenance department and coordinate efforts with headquarters, other plants, and outside vendors.
• Manage capital projects, participate in the development of a capital budget, and analyze equipment repair costs to make recommendations for repair or replacement.
• Maintain the electrical safety program, participate in the Process Safety Management program, and perform lockout / tagout procedures per company policy.
• Utilize knowledge in hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems to troubleshoot issues, perform assembly and disassembly of machines, and use drawings and diagrams to identify failed components.
• Coordinate corrective and preventive maintenance programs, manage the plant's spare parts, and develop maintenance-related documents.
