Communicate clearly, are friendly on the phone, and enjoy helping peopleType 50+ WPM and are comfortable in Google Docs / Sheets (basic formulas nice)Are reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented with good follow-throughHave 0–2 years of office, retail, or customer service experience (we’ll train!)Perks & benefits
