As the Office Manager at Baldwin Hills Mall, you will oversee all aspects of office operations to ensure the property runs efficiently and meets ownership objectives.

- To succeed, you should have :
- Associate degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 3+ years of administrative experience.
- Experience with shopping mall property management is a plus.
- Knowledge of accounts payable processes.
- Must have the ability to communicate effectively with customers, tenants, and ownership.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Your responsibilities as the Office Manager for Baldwin Hills Mall will include :
- Oversee daily office operations and administrative functions, ensuring efficient support across all departments and alignment with ownership objectives.
- Manage HR activities including hiring, onboarding, benefits administration, and compliance with employment requirements.
- Support financial processes by assisting with accounts payable / receivable, tenant billing, vendor management, and reporting requirements.
- Coordinate tenant, contractor, and insurance documentation; prepare correspondence, notices, and reports to maintain organized communication channels.
- Assist with contracts, construction updates, audits, and process improvements while maintaining excellent service to tenants, customers, and staff.
