Seeking an organized, creative, and people-oriented Executive Administrative Assistant to support 2 high level executives and their department operations at a global technology client.
This is a hybrid position, with 3 days on site in Alpharetta, GA required. This contract opportunity is long term / open ended, with conversion to a FTE for a great candidate, with room for professional growth within the company.
Strong calendar management experience, organization skills, and executive level communication experience would make someone a well-qualified candidate.
Position Summary :
- Prepare memos, invoices letters, and other documents.
- Answer phones and routing calls to the correct person or taking messages.
- Handle basic bookkeeping and expense reporting tasks.
- File / retrieve corporate records, documents, and reports.
- Research and conduct data to prepare documents for review and presentation by boards of directors, committees, and executives.
- Help prepare for meetings, and accurately document communication and meeting notes.
- Decision making and adequately gatekeeping executive calendars.
- Fluent with using or learning new software platforms
- Read / analyze incoming memos, submissions, and distributing them as needed.
- Make travel arrangements for executives.
- Perform office duties that include ordering supplies and managing a records database.
- Provide general administrative support.
Qualifications
Experience supporting Senior level executives (VP / SVP level)Background in the service industry or in project coordination would be excellent for transferrable skills4+ years of experience with administrative support for senior leadership, including calendar management and coordinating travel arrangementsFluent with use of Microsoft office and SharepointExperience using Confluence, Ariba, and Concur are a plusStrong written and verbal corporate communication skills, strong decision making skills
