Client Operations Rep

Responsibilities

Work collaboratively with the team to pull orders from a shared email inbox.

Email customers to clarify orders and respond to inquiries promptly.

Enter orders into the system accurately and efficiently.

Manage a high volume of product and shipping information.

Ensure all interactions align with company standards and customer satisfaction.

Report to the Customer Service Supervisor and handle special projects as directed.

Qualifications

Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook.

Ability to type at least 45 words per minute.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Able to build relationships and work collaboratively with team members.

Detail-oriented with an excellent dependable work ethic.

Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Required Work Hours

Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week with occasional half-day on Saturdays. Start time may be as early as 5 / 6 AM.
