Experience with media software such as OSI-Adconnections or WideOrbit-Media Sales a plus Bilingual with the ability to speak, read and write in both English and Spanish a plus

Telemundo Kansas City is seeking a Media Sales Assistant to support our operations in Kansas City, Minneapolis, and Portland, OR. The position is based in Kansas City, Missouri.
Primary Responsibilities :
- Performs administrative functions supporting sales operations for three stations
- Executes order entry and traffic instruction application
- Fulfills accounts receivable duties
- Provides reporting and manages files
- Supports all other account maintenance tasks
- Assists in sales presentation and proposal building
- Works closely with other station departments and performs other duties as assigned
