Our focus soon shifted to providing quality management for affordable housing communities. These affordable communities provide homes for those with limited incomes including families, senior citizens, and people with disabilities. Today, our team has grown to nearly 350 employees managing 114 communities and more than 9,000 apartment homes. Our portfolio includes market rate, Low Income Housing Tax Credit, and Project-Based Section-8 communities that range in size from 6 to 344 units. We currently manage communities in California, Florida, Hawaii, North Carolina, Tennessee, Washington State, and Virginia.

Job Summary :

Under direct supervision of the Community Manager, the Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for the preservation and upkeep of the property and the safety of all maintenance personnel of the property. The Maintenance Supervisor will be aware of and always operate within OSHA (Occupational Safety & Health Act) Standards and company safety policies and procedures. The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for leading the maintenance team and overseeing the overall maintenance of the community, including repairs, the make-ready process, and preventative maintenance.

Driving :

Must be able to travel to and from supply stores, other communities, and other off-site locations without advance notice, as a requirement of this position. Must have a valid drivers license to perform these duties and drive a golf cart (if one is on site).

Must be able to complete all required training within thirty (30) days of hire date.

Must be able to work any shift Sunday-Saturday to support the company's business needs.
