A company is looking for a DAG Order Management Representative to provide administrative support to Regional Sales Directors throughout the sales process.
Key Responsibilities
Assist Regional Directors and Sales Managers with requests and approvals for potential customers
Process orders for New Business and Renewal sales, including producing quotes and proposals
Manage cases in Salesforce and communicate with cross-functional teams within the organization
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or bachelor's degree
2 years of experience with Salesforce; experience with Oracle and order processing preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, particularly Outlook and Excel
Ability to multi-task and work with multiple systems
Experience in supporting sales teams is preferred
