Accounts Payable LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a company in Phoenix who is in search of an Accounts Payable processor to join their team. This role is Monday-Friday 8am-5pm and requires you to be fully onsite. The hourly rate is between 25 / .hr-29 / hr DOE.

This fully onsite role is ideal for an experienced AP professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and is looking to grow within a dynamic organization.

Key Responsibilities :

• Process 100+ invoices daily with accuracy and efficiency
• Match purchase orders, receipts, and invoices
• Ensure timely and accurate payment of vendor invoices
• Communicate with internal departments and vendors to resolve discrepancies
• Maintain organized and up-to-date records in accordance with company policy
• Utilize ERP systems to enter and track AP transactions
• Assist with month-end close processes and reporting as needed
