Summary (Scope of the Job) : Cotton Holdings Inc. is actively recruiting for a Graphic Designer with 3-5 years of professional experience working for a large in-house or agency creative department with a strong portfolio containing a mix of digital and print work. The Graphic Designer will work cross-functionally with all of Cotton Holdings subsidiaries and collaborate with the in-house Marketing department.

Responsibilities

• Produce assets for web, email marketing, social media, and digital platforms
• Design a wide variety of printed marketing materials, such as – flyers, brochures, booklets, conference / event materials (including banners, invitations, press boxes, and signage), and more
• Assist with designing and producing environmental and special assets, such as – event exhibits, stage designs, office remodels, large-scale signage, and more
• Own projects from kickoff through completion, presenting work to the EVP of Marketing, and Executives; incorporate feedback into thoughtful final assets
• Work with various vendors and see through production and final delivery
• Maintain focus and composure under tight and changing timelines while managing multiple projects
• Ensure that all projects are delivered in a timely manner
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends
• Develop and maintain the integrity of Cotton brands, including logos, brand guidelines and business collateral
