Position Summary
The Admission Counselor is focused on the external recruitment activity and relationships as well as the development and completion of an annual recruitment plan within one's assigned territory. The Admission Counselor will hold primary responsibility for engaging accepted undergraduate student inquiries and applicants to the point of tuition deposit.
Strong interpersonal engagement, dynamic energy, communication, and collaboration are key strengths for success in this role. This full-time, exempt position is integral for key success indicators within the traditional undergraduate enrollment process. This position will report directly to the Director of Undergraduate Admissions. This position is part of the Student Enrollment and Engagement division within the Academics Office.

Education and Experience
A Bachelor's degree is required. Experience in sales, marketing, and / or customer service will also be considered valuable.
Compensation and Benefits
