Key Responsibilities :
Serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives, translating business goals into a people strategy
Leverage data to diagnose organizational challenges and inform people decisions
Own and drive large-scale, cross-functional people projects from start to finish
Required Qualifications :
10+ years of experience as a People / HR Business Partner, with 3 years supporting executive leadership
Expertise in organizational design, talent management, and change leadership
Experience in a rapidly scaling organization, managing through ambiguity
Proven track record of using data and analytics to drive people strategies
Passion for innovation and continuous improvement, with experience leveraging AI a plus
