Employment Attorney Qualifications :
Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law schoolAdmitted to practice law in the State of California and in good standing with the Bar4-7 years of employment law experience requiredEmployment Law Attorney Responsibilities :
Represent clients in court proceedings, depositions, mediations, and other legal proceedingsConduct legal research and analysis to identify legal issues and develop strategiesDraft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requestsCommunicate with clients, witnesses, and experts to gather information and prepare cases for trialAttend hearings, trials, and other legal proceedings as necessaryCollaborate with other attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to provide exceptional legal services to our clients
