• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer concerns and escalate issues as needed
• Provide product information and assist customers with placing orders.
• Proactively engage with customers to uncover their needs and recommend appropriate products or services
• Continuously improve customer service processes and procedures to enhance the overall customer experience
• Stay up to date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate and relevant information to customers
• Meet individual and team performance targets and metrics
