UI / UX Designer at Pi-Square Technologies LLC

Location : Chicago, IL

Responsibilities :

• Develop wireframes and prototypes : create user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma.
• Assist Business Analysts (BA) and Project Managers (PM) in user research : lead and document interviews and surveys for key users to understand their needs.
• Utilize Dovetail for user research documentation and session recording, and manage documentation in Confluence.
• Develop user flow diagrams, empathy maps, and service blueprints.
• Design UI screens in Figma with high skill and experience.
• Create clickable prototypes in Figma, conduct demos, and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
