Key Responsibilities

Operate as the senior-most finance voice, partnering with the CEO and executive team on financial matters

Take full responsibility for forecasting, reporting, and scenario planning to ensure visibility into cash flow, revenue, and expenses

Oversee core financial operations, including month-end close, taxes, and vendor management, ensuring strong controls

Required Qualifications

10+ years of progressive finance experience in high-growth environments

Strong track record of owning monthly closes, reconciliations, and budgeting

Ability to build and scale financial operating models and support complex initiatives

Experience in hands-on execution while developing systems and processes for scale

Ability to influence and collaborate with senior leadership effectively
