A company is looking for an Associate Director - Docketing, IP Operations.

Key Responsibilities :

Provide leadership and direction to a team of docketing professionals, overseeing workload distribution and performance objectives

Identify training needs and develop training sessions on docketing procedures and best practices

Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance team productivity and effectiveness

Required Qualifications :

Bachelor's Degree or High School Diploma / GED

3+ years of patent and / or trademark docketing management experience in a law firm or corporate setting

Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis

Proficient with IP management software and knowledgeable in global patent prosecution and laws

Experience with patent and trademark annuity / renewal payments
