HR Operations Project Manager
The HR Operations Project Manager (Professional Level III) is responsible for leading the development, prioritization, resourcing, and execution of global HR Operations projects. This role works closely with the Senior Project Manager, HR Operations, and reports to the Senior Director of the Global HR Project Management Office.
This position plays a key role in implementing HR portfolio programs and projects by applying project management best practices, while effectively leading cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders through influence. The Project Manager will proactively collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (CoEs), HR Operations, HRIT, business partners, and other stakeholder groups to align priorities and deliver initiatives that support both business and HR objectives.
Your responsibilities will include :
Lead medium-sized, multi-site, cross-functional project teams
Foster team engagement and ownership of project outcomes
Provide feedback on team performance to functional managers and stakeholders
Serve as the primary communication link between project teams and steering committees
Lead project and business review meetings, maintaining key documentation such as issue logs and project metrics
Facilitate clear, timely communication to ensure transparency and alignment across stakeholders
Collaborate with the SuccessFactors and data teams to support HR operations and project needs
Utilize the SuccessFactors governance board, reporting, and analytics to inform project decisions and resource planning
Ensure data integrity and alignment with project and compliance requirements
Partner with HRIT to integrate SuccessFactors data with other business systems
