Position Summary

ProQuality Network is seeking a highly motivated and strategic Program Manager to support our client’s divestiture projects within the biopharmaceutical industry . This role requires a strong background in project and program management, excellent communication and leadership skills, and a proven ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously.

The selected professional will oversee and coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring all project milestones, budgets, and deliverables are achieved efficiently and in alignment with organizational goals. The Program Manager will play a key role in stakeholder engagement, risk management, and continuous improvement efforts across all assigned projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the execution of multiple divestiture-related projects, ensuring completion within scope, budget, and timelines .
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, charters, and documentation .
• Lead and guide cross-functional teams , fostering collaboration, accountability, and proactive problem-solving.
• Engage stakeholders and provide regular updates, ensuring alignment on goals, deliverables, and progress.
• Identify potential risks and issues , propose effective mitigation strategies , and manage escalations as needed.
• Track program costs , prepare monthly financial and progress reports , and ensure accurate budget control.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across all program management activities.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to deliver high-quality, compliance-driven results.
• Support change management and transition planning associated with divestiture projects.
