Candidate will be a Floater Leased Employee Sales Consultant for Alabama Power. This role involves reporting daily to our larger stores, traditionally staffed with two sales consultants. The Floater will assist sales consultants with writing sales and supporting day-to-day business activities such as inventory management, price tagging, ISTs, and floor maintenance. The key aspect of this role is the ability to move between locations without being tied to a sales quota in a single location.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist full-time sales consultants in large stores.
• Write orders in the sales system while allowing full-time consultants to receive volume and commission.
• Support daily business activities including inventory management, price tagging, ISTs, and floor maintenance.
• Fill in for sales consultants on sick leave, vacation, or during professional development opportunities.
• Provide flexible support across multiple locations including Metro Birmingham Area. Primary Location : Metro Central and East Jefferson with additional support in West Jefferson, North Jefferson, Metro South, Jasper, and Centreville.
