- Job Type : Part-Time 10-20 hours a week (flexible) at least one evening until 7pm on Monday or Wednesday
- Pay : $120-125 per hour based on experience

Who We Need :
We are currently looking for a part-time Psychiatrist to join our Aberdeen team. Hours are flexible, but include some late afternoon and evening time, additional locations and hours may be available depending on need and interest of the applicant.
Key Responsibilities Include :
Diagnosis, medication management, and medical treatment as it relates to the patients’ mental health needs.Provide crisis intervention and individual, group and family psychotherapy to his / her caseload when necessary.Coordinates with the treatment team on the implementation of appropriate treatment strategies for patients and patients’ families.Timely completion of treatment documentation in the EHR.Adhere to standards and regulations as set forth by the agency, respective licensing board, CARF and COMAR.Abide by all safety rules and regulations of the department and facility.Carry out the mission, philosophy of care, and policies of Key Point.Perform other duties as needed to achieve program goals and objectives.Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.Duties, responsibilities and activities may change at any time with or without notice.What you need :
Must have experience in working with and the ability to relate to the populations to which they are credentialed to work (i.e., Children).Possess knowledge of psychiatric diagnoses as defined by the American Psychiatric Association, routine and emergency evaluation and assessment, psychiatric medications, human development, individual therapy, group therapy, and family therapy.Demonstrate competency in procedures regarding medical treatment, medication management, laboratory tests, and other medical practices and procedures that are or may become relevant to the psychiatric needs of the patient population.Demonstrate the ability to function on an interdisciplinary treatment team through excellent written, interpersonal, and oral communication skills.Demonstrate an understanding and sensitivity to serving a culturally diverse and / or special needs population while respecting patient confidentiality.Adhere to the ethics of their respective profession.Education / Experience :
Must be a licensed MD or DOMaintain Board Eligibility or Board Certifications and all applicable licensures.
