Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Part or Full Time at BrightBridge ABA. Base pay range : $90,000.00 / yr - $130,000.00 / yr. Location : Fayetteville, NC.
Position Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. BCBA Duties and Responsibilities
- Conduct initial assessments and create individualized treatment plans based on client needs and goals, ensuring BCBA standards of practice are met
- Develop, implement, and oversee ABA programs, ensuring fidelity and effectiveness by following BCBA protocols and guidelines
- Supervise and mentor a team of RBTs, providing guidance, training, and ongoing professional development under BCBA supervision requirements
- Monitor client progress through data collection and analysis, adjusting treatment plans as needed
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other team members to ensure cohesive and supportive care
- Maintain open communication with families, providing regular updates and guidance on progress
- Actively participate in team meetings, contribute ideas for continuous improvement, and support a culture of innovation and high standards of care
- Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines and all relevant BCBA regulations, staying up-to-date on industry best practices
Skills and Qualifications
Current BCBA certification in good standing with the BACBMaster's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related fieldStrong understanding of ABA principles and experience with a range of ABA techniques and interventionsExcellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skillsAbility to work effectively both independently and as part of a teamCommitment to maintaining high ethical and professional conductPreferred Qualifications
