Construction Superintendent - Per Diem Offered

Trillium Construction is hiring for a Superintendent / QCM / SSHO in Sells, Arizona to oversee upgrades to state and municipal facilities in the area.

This individual will be responsible for overseeing field operations, ensuring compliance with quality control standards, and implementing all site safety and health requirements in accordance with federal and project-specific guidelines.

Duties : Direct and supervise daily field operations, subcontractors, and trade activities. Ensure work is completed according to project drawings, specifications, schedule, and budget. Coordinate manpower, equipment, and materials to maintain project progress. Develop, implement, and manage the project's Quality Control Plan - Conduct preparatory, initial, and follow-up inspections for all definable features of work - Conduct daily safety inspections and toolbox talks. Monitor site activities for compliance with OSHA, EM 385-1-1, and project-specific safety standards. Investigate incidents, document findings, and implement corrective actions. Promote a culture of safety and ensure zero-incident operations.

Compensation : Hourly between $40 / hr - $50 / hr - Per diem - Lodging provided

Qualifications : Minimum of 510 years of construction experience with progressive responsibility in field supervision, quality control, and safety. USACE CQM, OSHA 30, and First Aid / CPR certifications required - EM 385-1-1 SSHO training preferred - Ability to pass stringent background requirements - Ability to travel
