Friendship Village is seeking a skilled and dedicated HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems. This role requires a strong understanding of HVAC systems, proper maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure work is performed to the highest quality and safety standards. You will assist the maintenance team with general maintenance requests as needed.

Pay : $24.00 - $30.00 per hour

Responsibilities :

• Install, repair, and maintain HVAC systems
• Troubleshoot issues, diagnostic and resolving problems
• Conduct regular inspections HVAC systems to identify potential issues and make necessary repairs before problems arise
• Perform property maintenance tasks related to HVAC systems as needed
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their HVAC needs
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used on each job
• Adhere to all work and safety regulations
