Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Education, active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, and a minimum 1+ years BCBA experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Blazer Jobs is seeking a full-time BCBA to support grades 36 in a self-contained classroom in Winsted, CT for the 20252026 school year.

Job Responsibilities :

Develop and implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs)

Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs)

Monitor and track student progress

Provide consultation and support to teachers and staff

Collaborate with families and school staff on behavioral goals

Qualifications :

Active BCBA certification

Previous school-based experience required

Experience working with students in grades 36 preferred
