A company is looking for a Quality Specialist responsible for managing patient care and medication adherence.
Key Responsibilities
Perform outbound patient calls to ensure timely medication refills and address clinical quality needs
Document patient care activities and navigate Electronic Medical Record (EMR) platforms
Coordinate with healthcare teams to facilitate referrals and improve patient health outcomes
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED equivalent required
Certified Medical Assistant, Certified Pharmacy Technician, or equivalent healthcare experience required
Intermediate to advanced keyboarding skills (minimum 35 WPM) required
1+ years of experience in a healthcare setting preferred
Bilingual English / Spanish preferred
