Job Description

Location : United States - Remote with travel to project sites as needed

Key responsibilities :

• Project Management : Lead the end-to-end execution of utility infrastructure projects including overhead and underground distribution, transmission lines (69kV to 500kV), and substation interfaces.
• Planning & Scheduling : Develop project scopes, budgets, and schedules. Utilize project management tools to track progress, identify risks, and resolve issues.
• Stakeholder Coordination : Act as the main point of contact for clients, utilities, engineers, subcontractors, and regulatory bodies.
• Regulatory Compliance : Ensure all projects comply with local, state, and federal regulations (e.g., NESC, OSHA, FERC, state utility commissions).
• Team Leadership : Manage internal and external project teams including field staff, subcontractors, and vendors to maintain performance and safety standards.
• Financial Oversight : Monitor budgets, prepare reports, and provide forecasts. Ensure projects are completed within budget and on schedule.
• Safety Management : Enforce safety standards on job sites and lead safety briefings, audits, and corrective actions in alignment with company and industry safety policies.
