Position Summary
This position performs a variety of tasks relative to the tracking and monitoring of video EEG in the Pediatric Epilepsy Monitor Unit (PEMU).
Position Duties
- Maintains continuous and active video and audio monitoring of EEG patients on XLTEK equipment, and addresses recording issues and concerns as needed.
- Maintains and distributes up-to-date recording status information of ongoing continuous EEG recordings.
- Continuing education and development
- Performs miscellaneous job related duties as requested.

Education

High School diploma or equivalent RequiredTraining / Education in EEG PreferredExperience
Do you meet this requirement or have the ability to obtain it within the timeframe listed in the requirement?
EEG experience, or EEG or telemetry monitoring experience, or a current student or graduate from an accredited Health care Program w / certificate or better. RequiredExperience in a health care setting especially in patient care or patient care technology environment. PreferredSpecial Skills
