Plastics Machine Operator - Night Shift

Summary :

• Responsible for hitting required number cycles per shift.
• Responsible for producing quality product.

Team lifting and working with a partner on 430 is required.  Duties and Responsibilities :

Ensure pre-measured accurate powder is being used for correct mold Demold product Keep your area clean, in and around your machine  Keep all parting lines clean; replace bad j-hooks on molds right away Any available time between cycles or while machine is processing / cooling will be spent assisting employees in other areas, starting with your area first Inspect molds for any repairs needed each shift Check finished parts, empty parts containers and shut-down operation whenever deficiencies in quality or machine operation are noted Ensure all parts meet specifications Regular and reliable attendance Working cooperatively with others to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets Contribute to continuous improvement culture Other duties as assigned Physical Requirements per 10 Hour Day :
