A company is looking for a Service Manager (Public Safety Solutions).
Key Responsibilities
Manage customer service and service delivery within telecommunications and public safety sectors
Coordinate critical order reviews and support pre-sales, delivery, and operational activities
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships while overseeing issue escalation and performance reporting
Required Qualifications
At least six years of experience in customer service management or service delivery roles
Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, information technology, or a related field
Strong understanding of NG9-1-1 and ESInet systems
Experience with public safety communication technologies
Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, CISSP, and / or ENP) are a plus
