Key Responsibilities
Partner with business owners to develop and advocate for a shared vision of the Zendesk ecosystem
Optimize user workflows and capabilities by monitoring key metrics and user feedback
Write detailed user stories and develop short- and long-term roadmaps for product enhancements
Required Qualifications
8+ years of product management experience in technology or SaaS
Proven experience in customer service, contact center, or ITSM space
Experience with SaaS ticketing systems, particularly Zendesk, Salesforce, or ServiceNow
Experience with integrations between enterprise applications, especially using middleware like Mulesoft
Understanding of the software development lifecycle and methodologies, preferably SAFe Agile / Scrum
