Candidates must be able to :

- Commitment to excellence and team success
- Have a positive and self-motivated disposition, with the desire to learn and grow professionally
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization.
- Monitor and ensure the company standard operating procedures are met
- Work a station (all chefs in the group do)
- Work with open availability
