Key Responsibilities

Own the contributor funnel from acquisition to retention

Establish KPIs and dashboards to measure contributor metrics

Identify and resolve gaps in the contributor experience through cross-functional collaboration

Required Qualifications

7+ years of experience in strategy, operations, growth, or marketplace roles

Proven ability to design and scale conversion funnels or supply-side ecosystems

Strong analytical skills to define metrics and translate insights into action

Experience driving complex cross-functional initiatives

Entrepreneurial mindset with a resourceful approach to ambiguity
